At IMLS, language is power. Our Languages Department equips learners to communicate confidently across cultures and careers.

German – Our Foundation Language
German is the cornerstone of our language program. It opens doors to European opportunities and introduces learners to a rich cultural and academic tradition.

  • French
French connects learners to Europe, Africa, and global institutions. We teach practical communication alongside Francophone culture and history.
  • Kiswahili
The most widely spoken language in East Africa, Kiswahili helps learners engage with communities and regional opportunities.
  • English
As a global and official Ugandan language, English strengthens writing, speaking, and professional communication skills.
  • Luganda
Luganda preserves central Uganda’s culture. Learners explore its songs, proverbs, and oral traditions, connecting deeply with local heritage.
