The outgoing cabinet, led by Her Excellence Najjuma Winfred, officially handed over leadership responsibilities to the incoming cabinet headed by His Excellence Mberenge Marvin.
While addressing the gathering, Her Excellence Najjuma Winfred thanked the students and management for the support accorded to her cabinet during their term of office.
